Spin at the Disc-Go-Round

Event

Disc-Go-Round transforms Canberra's beloved carousel into a high-energy, multi-sensory celebration of music, movement, and retro fun.

Step inside for a disco experience combining a nostalgic merry-go-round ride, an energetic dance floor, and a live DJ. Spinning a mix of disco classics and modern grooves, the music carries you through a world of motion, energy, and immersive atmosphere – unlike anything else in Canberra.

Live DJs keep the beats spinning, inviting you to lose yourself in a magical 15-minute rave of energy and motion.

Sessions are ticketed; no pre-booking is required. Each ticket includes a merry-go-round ride plus dance floor entry.

This is an all-ages experience and volume is set accordingly.

Drinks and snacks are welcome inside the experience but not on the carousel.

Sunday sessions are sensory-friendly (lower volume, no flashing lights).

Return again and again over the festival period to experience this familiar attraction in an unexpected way, encouraging people to live in the moment, together in the heart of the City Centre.
